Its not only a girl how is sextually haras but also men are haras.in the case of men their situation is one which can be very rear to find so in most cases its not seen a topic to discuss or an issue to be made known to the masses.
Sextual harassment is something which needs great knowledge to deal with,it happen around us almost everyday but some do not give it a great understand,it may happen either by pressure from your counterparts or willingly so it is something we deal with in our day to day activities.
Sextual harassment can happen in different forms and in different places so we justvneed to be careful and alert. This can happen either in a school environment, a hospital, a bank, a church, a mosque, an organization, in the market place, or any place where there is gathering.
Less I forget sextual harassment is been define in so many ways,so its not having sex with someone or speaking to him or her about sex activities but rather even the way we dress can cause sextual harassment. Its not appropriately for us (especially women) to wear clothes that show parts of our body.so its the responsibility of ourselves to tell each other to dress appropriately and descend in other to avoid harassment from our opposite sex(gender).
The most shocking thing is that this harassment do not stay only out side the family but also happen with in the family.u will fine a situation where a father harassing his step daughter, or a son harassing his step sister.so all this happen around us.in essence we are almost all victims of sextual harassment.
Sextual harassment can be deal with or do away with in many ways.first,parents should learn to give their children the most essential discipline they need,by doing this many people would be save.secondly,government official and lecturers including teachers should stop giving marks in exchange of sleeping with their students or staffs.also we should learn to wear descend cloths in other to avoid being harass by anyone.
Lastly sextual harassment cases should learn to be deal with in a very cautious manner because some do not haras because de are willing to but for some reasons of their own so advisably it should be deal with almost care.the bleam should not only be on the men harassing the women but also the women should be held responsible dressing indecently or sometimes even giving themselves to the men.
